MANUFACTURE OF PARTITION PLATE FOR VENT PASSAGE OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE

PURPOSE:To rigidly hold efficiently without using a reinforcing material by solidifying aqueous soluble particular insulator to form a mold, filling molding resin to cure the resin, the washing with water to remove the insulator and forming a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 1 is held so that the end 3 of a stator coil is directed elevationally, and the lower end 3 is contained in a cylindrical vessel 20 having an annular groove 23. Then, aqueous soluble sandlike particular insulator 24 which mainly contain alumina sand is filled in the vessel 20, vibrated, dried and cured. Then, wettable and low viscosity molding resin is filled on the insulator 24 to thermally cure in a columnar shape. The vessel 20 is eventually removed from the end 2, the insulator 24 is washed with water to be removed to form a partition plate 4.
