When a new grindstone is mounted onto the spindle 8, the hydraulic motor 52 is reversely revolved, and a one-way clutch 62 is set into free state, and the first clutch gear part 65 of the second small-diameter gear 64 and the second clutch gear part 66 on the intermediate shaft 62 connected to an output shaft 52a are meshed, and the second large-diameter gear 63 is revolution-drive, and the hexagonal screwdriver 56a is revolved with a low torque, and the grindstone is screw- fixed at the top edge of the spindle 8 by a prescribed fastening torque.
