DRIVER APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC GRINDSTONE EXCHANGING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To exchange grindstone completely automatically and mechanically by demounting an old grindstone by axially connecting a grindstone spindle with the top edge of the grindstone in revolution with a high torque when the old grindstone is demounted, and by revolving the spindle with a proper torque when a new grindstone is installed. CONSTITUTION:When an old grindstone is demodulated from a spindle 8, a high-torque hydraulic motor 52 is normally revolved, and a driver shaft 56 is advanced, revolving the second small-diameter gear 64, and the spindle 8 is revolved with a high torque by axially connecting a hexagonal screwdriver 57a at the top edge to the rear edge of the grindstone spindle 8, and the old grindstone is demounted from the spindle 8 inccooperation with a fixed screwdriver. When a new grindstone is mounted onto the spindle 8, the hydraulic motor 52 is reversely revolved, and a one-way clutch 62 is set into free state, and the first clutch gear part 65 of the second small-diameter gear 64 and the second clutch gear part 66 on the intermediate shaft 62 connected to an output shaft 52a are meshed, and the second large-diameter gear 63 is revolution-drive, and the hexagonal screwdriver 56a is revolved with a low torque, and the grindstone is screw- fixed at the top edge of the spindle 8 by a prescribed fastening torque.
