PRODUCTION OF LATERAL LINING METAL SIDING

PURPOSE:To enable the continuous production of a lateral lining metal siding by forming a lateral fitting part on the hoop which is cut in the desired developing shape and by forming for finishing a lateral fitting part after forming a longitudinal fitting part with opening the both end parts of the lateral fitting part. CONSTITUTION:A hoop is cut to the developing shape of the metal siding having a longitudinal fitting part 1 and lateral fitting part 2 by a cutter and the lateral fitting part 2 is formed with passing the cut plate to a roll forming. Then after forming the longitudinal fitting part 1 with a press the fitting part 1 is completed by pressing the fitting part 1 into the inner side B with opening the lateral fitting part 2 to the outer side A with the use of an opening tool 13. The finishing formation C of the both end parts of the lateral fitting part 2 being opened to the outside previously is made finally with the finishing forming machine equipping with a forming roll. The continuous production of a lateral lining metal siding is thus enabled.
