Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a stable output for an input variation by utilizing a voltage generated in a winding provided separately from a main winding in a power converter transformer. CONSTITUTION:When a switching element 2 is started, a positive feedback is applied to the input side of the element 2 through the first and third windings 102, 103 of a transformer 1, and the element 2 is abruptly turned ON. The input side of the element 2 is shortcircuited by the first drive circuit 6, and turned OFF. After the element 2 is turned OFF by the first driver 6, the element 2 is turned ON for the prescribed OFF time. The above operation is repeated to continue the ON/OFF operations of the element 2 in a self-excited manner to turn ON and OFF the DC input voltage.
