Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain thin liquid film having below several mum thickness by depositing a coordination complex of a nitrogen compd. on a supporting film together with solvent. CONSTITUTION:A compd. expressed by the formula is used as an active species capable of desorbing oxygen or carbon monoxide reversibly. The compd. is prepd. by allowing a compd. obtd. by the reaction of corresponding diamine and a pyridine aldehyde deriv. to contact with a salt of Cu, Ni, Co, or Fe. Porous polytetrafluoro-ethylene film which has been made hydrophilic by a physical surface roughening treatment and a chemical treatment for depositing a compound other than polytetrafluoroethylene on one side is used as supporting film, and above-described complex of the active species are diffused under pressure into the supporting film together with an org. polar solvent. Thus, liquid film having the complex of the active species diffused uniformly therein is obtd.
