CONSTITUTION:A system is constituted of a fluidized preliminary reduction furnace 2 and the cokes packing type melting reduction furnace 3, the furnace 3 is packed with cokes supplied from a cokes supplying apparatus 11, melting reduction waste gas is supplied to the furnace 2 from a gas exhausting apparatus 4, on the other hand, preliminarily reduced ores discharged from the furnace 2 are blasted from tuyeres 8, 8a.
