Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a compact apparatus by inclining a bed by the first hydraulic cylinder after the thrust force is reduced by reducing the inclination of the bed by the second hydraulic cylinder by opening a back-pressure valve in a circuit when the load on the bed is over a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:When a manual selector valve 10 is switched to a position I, the pressurized oil is sent into an extension side pressure chamber 4a of the first hydraulic cylinder 4 through a circuit 9a. If the load on a bed 1 is over a prescribed value, the first hydraulic cylinder 4 does not operate, and the inside pressure in the circuit 9a is increased. Then a back-pressure valve 12 is opened, and the pressurized oil is sent into the second hydraulic cylinder 7 through a circuit 9c, and the bdd 1 is inclined by a prescribed angle theta by a cylinder rod 8. Therefore, the bad 1 can be easily inclined by the thrust force smaller than that in the conventional by the first hydraulic cylinder 4. When the load on the bed 1 is below a prescribed value, only the first hydraulic cylinder 4 easily inclines the bed 1.
