BIT SYNCHRONIZATION SYSTEM FOR PING-PONG TRANSMITTER

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of pattern jitter by comparing a pulse waveform at the head of each reception period with an isolated pulse waveform obtained at the training mode to obtain a phase shift at the communication mode thereby correcting the phase of a reception clock. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic means 8 consists of a real time processing circuit 5 and an operation/control circuit 6. the arithmetic means applies the arithmetic mean to the isolated pulse waveform received periodically at the training mode to obtain the isolated pulse waveform excluded with noise, the pulse waveform at the head of each reception period is compared with the isolated pulse waveform obtained at the said training mode to obtain a phase shift thereby correcting the phase of the reception clock. Thus, the accurate phase correction suppressing the effect of noises is obtained.
