CYLINDRICAL LINEAR PULSE MOTOR

PURPOSE:To save special components, a guide shaft, a bearing, and the like, by supporting the outer periphery of a mover slidably on the inner periphery of a cylindrical stator. CONSTITUTION:On the inner surface of a cylindrical stator 1, a sliding member 2 bent cylindrically with a metal sheet is set, and by making the outer peripheral face of a mover 3 slidable directly on the sliding member 2, a guide shaft, a bearing, and a bearing bush can be saved. On the sliding member 2, a concave groove 21 along the direction of the cylinder shaft is formed on the cylinder wall with stability on the cylindrical bending, and so the full outer peripheral surface of the sliding member 2 comes in close contact with the inner surface of the stator 1 just by inserting the member 2 into the stator 1, and the assembly work is facilitated.
