CONSTITUTION:An address decoder circuit 6 is valid in the reading mode of a control memory device 3 and the device 3 is set under an enable state by an OR circuit 8. Then an address decoder circuit 7 is valid in the writing mode of the device 3. Then the device 3 is set under an enable state by the circuit 8. The circuit 6 decodes a range between an address (1000)16 and an address (IFFF)16, while the circuit 7 decodes a range between an address (3000)16 and an address (3FFF)16. |
