CORE FOR STATIONARY INDUCTION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To reduce iron loss, and to take the area of lapping largely by making a lapping section for a corner joining section small on the inner corner side and large on the outer corner side. CONSTITUTION:The angles of cutting of a yoke 11 and a leg 12 are brought to angles alpha and beta to the arrows A in the rolling direction, alpha+beta=90 deg. holds regarding the angles alpha and beta, and alpha is brought to an angle larger than 45 deg.. One end of a joining line between the yoke 11 and the leg 12 is shaped so as to coincide with the inner corner angle of a corner joining section, and the joining line takes a shape in which the blank section of an inner corner section formed by a conventional joining shape is removed. Since the blank section of the inner corner section formed by the conventional joining shape is taken off, the disturbance of magnetic flux is relaxed and iron loss is reduced while the shape of lapping of a joining section for a core is changed, thus arbitrarily altering the area of lapping.
