Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized, lightweight device which obtains an image of a flaw detection position at the actual site, records it in a cassette, and processes information later by using a microcomputer, a cassette memory, a liquid-crystal display element, etc. CONSTITUTION:Pulse encoder signals 2 and 3 of the scanner 1 of a probe 4 are counted 12 and 13 and information is sent to a computer 24 through interfaces 18 and 19. The signal of a flaw detector 5 is separated into two echo signals on the basis of a specific threshold SH and their peak voltages are held 7 and 8 and A/D-converted 16 and 17. They are inputted to the computer 24 through interfaces 18-23 and stored in a ROM 25 and a RAM 26, RAM information is stored in the cassette memory 27, and an arithmetic result is displayed 28, so that the operation of a keyboard 29 and flaw detection conditions are displayed 28. The computer is connected to a computer for information processing through an interface 30 to process the information 27 gathered at the flaw detection site. This constitution reduces the size and weight of the device, the operation is facilitated and rationalized, and the reliability of inspection is improved. |
