Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain yarn for cloth by using yarn with Y section of specific shape obtained from an acrylic polymer, having a structure close to that of animal hair and a flexible feeling while keeping repulsing properties and compression resistance when the yarn is partially divided. CONSTITUTION:Acrylic yarn consisting of an acrylic polymer containing >=50wt% acrylonitrile, having Y section, wherein ratios of thickness d0-d2 of three constituent branches of Y section have d1/d0 and d2/d0 of 0.95-1.05, respectively. The yarn is partially divided in the following processing process to give 15-50% division ratio, so a product with a flexible feeling is obtained while keeping the root part of the piled product in a Y section as it is.
