DISKLIKE STATOR ELEMENT FOR SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

PURPOSE:To accurately position readily by forming a positioning cutout for engaging a common positioning projection at the boundary edges of the first and second spiral winding elements. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of winding elements 12 made of spirally winding elements A1, B1 are radially arranged on one side surface of an insulating sheet 11, and a plurality of winding elements 13 made of spirally winding elements A2, B2 are radially arranged on the other side surface. A plurality of projections 24, 25 are provided on the supporting surfaces 22, 23 of jigs 20, 21, respectively, and cutouts 26a, 26b, 27a, 27b for engaging projections 24, 25 are formed at the boundary edges of the spirally winding elements. When the spirally winding elements are positioned, the cutouts formed on the boundary edges of the elements are engaged with common positioning projection. Thus, the elements can be accurately positioned.
