Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration of an aberration, the interval between main points at a telephoto state and the size of a finder by arranging an objective lens, a magnification variable lens, a frame reflector, a transparent member, etc. with a prescribed relation in a finder enabled to vary its magnification. CONSTITUTION:The objective lens 22 having negative refractive power against a protection glass 20 and a magnification variable lens 24 having negative refractive power against the frame reflector 26 are arranged. The transparent member 30 having a frame and an eye piece 28 having positive refractive power are arranged on the back of the reflector 26 and the magnification of the finder is changed between a reference state and the telephoto state by inserting the lens 24. The arranging position of the lens 28 between the reflector 26 and the transparent member 30 is adjusted so that the following condition is satisfied. Namely, 0.5
