Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To aim at smoothing the operation of a valve actuating mechanism and a pressure-sensitive mechanism, by forming a vent hole section in a water tight wall in part opposing a locking projection. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of locking projections 101 adapted to be removable engageable with a water-proof lid attaching flange 92 are projected at positions opposing to the latter at certain intervals. Further, a water-tight peripheral wall 102 is projected surrounding around the projections 101. A vent hole section 103 is formed in the water-tight peripheral wall 102 in a part opposing to the locking projections 101. With this arrangement it is possible to communicate the outside with a pressure-sensitive mechanism chamber through a vent section 103, thereby it is possible to smoothly actuate a valve actuating mechanism or a pressure-sensitive mechanism.
