RISING AND FALLING FOR LOWER LEADER OF PILE DRIVER

PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs to remove stays during the operation of crane by rising or falling down the lower leader, while the rising and falling line of the leader is wound up or rewound and the upper end of stays are moved along the lower leader. CONSTITUTION:When the operation of a crane is made for disassembling and transportation of a pile driver, under a condition that a leader 1 is made to fall down on the ground's surface, the upper leader 1b is separated from the lower leader 1a at their flanges 13 and 12. Left- and right-handed stays 2a and 2b are contracted, a bracket B2 is attached between the upper end 22 of the stay and a lower guide pipe g3, and the upper end of the guide cable 32 for the rising and falling line of the leader is fixed to the bracket B2. A hanging rope is passed through a lower sheave, and a hanging hook 41 is attached to the lower end of the rope.
