Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attain to uniformly heat a column over the entire length thereof, by integraly providing a plate having good heat conductivity along the single surface or both surfaces to a capillary wound in a vortex shape. CONSTITUTION:For example, a capillary 1 comprises a hollow fiber formed by spinning a quartz tube or a molten quartz tube and the length thereof is set to about 10-50mum. A plate 2 having good heat conductivity such as an aluminum plate is closely adhered to the vortex part of the capillary 1 by press jigs 3 to be integrated therewith. By this method, the column can be uniformly heated over the entire length thereof.
