POWDER DISTRIBUTING METHOD

PURPOSE:To have good distributional accuracy by controlling the flow speed at the bottom inlet to a chamber, which is symmetrical about a vertical axis, and also controlling as well the empty towering speed in said chamber as the ratio by weight of the granular substance to the gas. CONSTITUTION:This distribution device includes as a main component a vertical cylindrical chamber 10 composed of a pipe-shaped side wall 11, an upper 12 and a lower 13 side plate, wherein a flow-in pipe 15 is fitted at the central flow-in port 14 of said lower side plate 13. Flowout pipes 17 are fitted in many flowout ports 16 opened in the side wall 11 at a certain spacing situated in a common horizontal plane, and stretch out radially from the chamber 10. The mixture of gas and pulverized substance passes through said flow-in pipe 15 to be introduced into the chamber 10 along its axis at an incoming speed of 30-50m/sec and with a ratio by weight of 5-15. Then the mixture is given a streaming condition in the chamber 10 with an empty towering speed of 0.8-1.5m/sec to flow out to the pipes 17 from the ports 16 evenly with uniform concentration.
