Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the safety and the operationability of a hopper case for a card feeder by preventing droppage of card weight when setting a card in the hopper case body. CONSTITUTION:A cover 10 is provided rotatably at the upper end edge section of a hopper case body 8 of a hopper case device 7. The cover 10 is fixed rotatably at the upper edge section of the hopper case body 8 and an opening limiting section 12 is provided at the base section. Upon opening of the cover 10, the opening limiting section 12 will contact against the outerface of the hopper case body 8 to limit the openingof the cover 10. While a pair of weight rings 13 are provided at the outside of the left/right edge sections of the over 10 where the rear end is pivoted rotatably to the upper edge section of the hopper case body 8 and an elongated hole 14 is made at the tip section. When setting a card 9, the cover 10 is opened to grasp the grasping section 17 thus to place the weight 15 on the rearface of the cover 10 and to set in the body 8.
