HEAT SEALING METHOD

PURPOSE:To prevent the fusion of heat sealed film or sheet to heat seasling device, by heat sealing with heat sealing device having a gas blow-off hole, then by separating thermoplastic resin film or sheet from heat sealing device while gas are blowed off through the gas blow-off hole. CONSTITUTION:The heat sealing device whose heat sealing area 2 is set up as surrounded with a gas blow-off hole 1 in slit type form, is constituted by electric heater 3, gas blow hole 4 and heat sealing device itself. Then air introduced from blower through blow inlet 4 is blowing on a film or sheet through gas blow-off hole 1, and peels it from hot plate etc. By the force of this gas blow-off the fusion between the hot plate and heat sealed article does not occurrs, and even if it occurs, peeling becomes easier and the cooling and solidification of heat sealed position is accerelated. By these methods separation of the heat sealed article from heat sealing device becomes easier, therefore the yield and efficiency of bag making is devised to improve.
