Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent a heat ray transmitting property and an ink-transmitting property from being degraded by an adhesive, by a construction wherein the quantity of an adhesive coating material is gradually decreased in the direction from the adherend surface of a film and a porous tissue paper toward the outside surface of the tissue paper. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive coating material is applied to an adherend surface of the film, while the porous tissue paper supplied from the other side is impregnated with a solvent. Therefore, at the time of adhesion, the coating material applied to the adherend surface of the film penetrates into the tissue paper under the surface tension of the solvent, resulting in that the concentration of the coating material in the tissue paper is highest at the adherend surface and is gradually lowered in the direction toward the outside surface of the tissue paper. The stencil paper thus obtained has a sufficient adhesion between the porous tissue paper and the thin synthetic resin film. In addition, since the quantity of the adhesive coating material used is small and a major portion of the coating material is present at and near the adherend surface, the coating material does not degrade resolution, printability or the like. |
