Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molding material which gives a pattern which is clear and does not cause deterioration with time and has excellent pattern- reproducibility, consisting of a base coloring material and a patterning material having a specified particle size and a faster curing rate than that of the coloring material. CONSTITUTION:A rsein (e.g. phenolic resin) contg. a colorant giving a base color and optionally, additives such as curing agent, reinforcing agent, filler, parting agent, etc., are mixed, kneaded, crushed and optionally granulated to obtain a base coloring agent (A). A resin (pref. the same resin as that of compo nent A) and optionally, additives such as curing agent, reinforcing agent, filler, parting agent, colorant etc., are mixed, kneaded, crushed and optionally granulat ed to obtain a patterning material (B) having a faster curing rate than that of component A and a particle size corresponding to 70-130% of the wall thickness of the molding. Components A and B are mixed to obtain the titled molding material. The molding material is pressure-molded under heating to obtain patterned resin moldings such as tableware, kitchenware, utensils, building material, sundry items, etc. |
