ULTRASONIC WAVE FLOWMETER

PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform washing and sterilization by a simple constitution, by fixing elastic tube bodies on the inner surfaces of a pair of mounting tubes, which are communicated in the slant direction in a fluid pipe 2, and mounting holding bodies, in which ultrasonic wave vibrators are embedded in the front end parts, through the openings at the ends of the mounting tubes so that the bodies can be detached. CONSTITUTION:A pair of mounting tubes 3 and 3, which are communicated in a fluid pipe 2, is provided in the slant direction so as to face each other. Elastic tube bodies 5 and 5 are closely fixed at the innermost parts of the tubes 3 and 3. Ultrasonic vibrators 8 and 8 are embedded in small-diameter front end parts 7 and 7 of holding bodies 6 and 6. Lead wires 9 and 9 are extended to the outside. The holding bodies 6 and 6 are attached to the end parts in the tubes 3 and 3 through openings 4 and 4. The outer surfaces of the front end parts 7 and 7 are closely contacted with the inner surfaces of the tube bodies 5 and 5. The tube bodies 5 and 5 are positioned at the outer surfaces of the vibrators 8 and 8. Therefore, the vibrators 8 can be removed together with the holding bodies 6 and washed and sterilized.
