Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To manufacture an alloy for seal bonding with glass having satisfactory workability during working into parts and causing hardly warping after working by cold rolling an Fe-Ni-Cr alloy having a specified composition and by annealing it at a proper temp. CONSTITUTION:An Fe-Ni-Cr alloy contg. 40-43wt% Ni and 5-7wt% Cr is cold rolled and annealed at 550-800 deg.C. By this annealing, the residual strain in the alloy is relieved without lowering the hardness. Thus, an alloy for seal bonding with glass having satisfactory suitability to blanking and causing hardly warping after working into parts each having a narrow portion such as a lead pin is obtd. The alloy has a coefft. of thermal expansion close to that of soft glass.
