FIBER SCOPE HOLDER

PURPOSE:To attain the optional conversion of a direction and positional setting by forming the 1st and 2nd joint parts of which respective planes enabled to be bent are formed with 90 deg. difference each other and bending and deforming respective joints independently by operation wires set up so as not to be loosened by coil springs. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd joint parts 42, 46 are combined so that respective planes enabled to be bent are formed with 90 deg. difference each other around the center axis. When a driving motor 86 is driven and the operation wire W1 is wound up in the arrow Z direction, the coil spring 72 on the operation wire W1 side set up on an intermediate straight pipe part 44 is gradually shrinked and the coil spring 72 on the operation wire W2 side opposed to the operation wire W1 is gradually stretched, so that the 1st joint part 42 is bent in the X1 direction without loosening both the operation wires W1, W2. The 2nd joint part 46 can be bent in the Y1 or Y2 direction, i.e. a direction turned by about 90 deg. from the bending direction of the 1st joint 42, by alternately winding and rewinding the operation wires W3, W4.
