Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of high-pressure liquid into a low-pressures gas line by allowing a common gas line which communicates to the upper parts of the high and low pressure towers to communicate to the upper part of a decompression tower in a decompressing transfer apparatus for high- pressure liquid through a stop valve and installing a gas cylinder between the stop valve and installing a gas cylinder between the stop valve and the decompression tower. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of a high-pressure tower 1 is allowed to communicate to the lower chamber of a gas cylinder 12 and the upper part of a decompression tower 2 by opening a stop valve 10, and after the pressure in each chamber is made equal, the stop valve 10 is closed, and the gas cylinder 12 is moved upward, opening a high-pressure liquid feeding valve 8. Then, the high-pressure liquid surface in the decompression tower 2 rises. When the liquid surface exceeds a prescribed position, only the high-pressure liquid feeding valve 8 is closed, and a stop valve 11 is opened, and the gas cylinder 12 is lowered. Then, the liquid surface lowers, and the intrusion of high-pressure liquid into a low-pressure gas line (f) can be prevented.
