Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent decline of the responsiveness of an error detecting means which detects the difference between a command pulse number and a feedback pulse number from a position detecting section for detecting the moving quantity of a servo motor, etc., for positioning the servo motor, etc., by reversibly operating the servo motor, etc., at the time of positioning operations, by detecting a state where the size of the absolute value of an error counter is smaller than a prescribed value and making the linear amplification factor of the state very small. CONSTITUTION:In order to make the vibrating amplitude of a movable shaft due to a stick slipping phenomenon caused by load friction at the time of movement, vibrational sounds are made lower by making the linear amplification factor of a PI amplifier smaller only when the absolute value of the content of an error counter is lower than an extremely small prescribed value. Namely, if a linear amplification factor reducing switch 27 is closed by means of an error-small detecting circuit 26 when the error of the error counter is small and the linear amplification factor is reduced to 1/2 (values of resistances 13 and 28 are made equal to each other), the mode of the voltage change becomes gentle and vibrational sounds caused by the voltage change of a signal C which is a speed command are reduced.
