CONTROLLING METHOD FOR TERMINAL EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To improve a file control function by collecting file hysteresis and protected information accessible to workers to store in the secondary memory of terminals and sending a command composed by the above hysteresis and information as well as previous information to a computer. CONSTITUTION:Commands inputted by workers through an input device 1 are accepted by input device controlling function part 21 and necessary file control information of file names, file hysteresis information, file protected information or the like area collected form command's contents by a command interpretive function part 24. The information is sent to a conversion function part 25. This part 25 not only stores the file control information having been sent in the secondary memory 5 but also calculates the file control information required for preparing a command which is permitted by a calculation system from the file control information stored in the memory 5 as well as a control information newly supplied. The information is sent to a command synthesizing function part 26 and then combined into the command which transmits to a computer system 4 and is sent to the computer system 4 through a communication control function part 22.
