Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable dynamic change of a time-up time in accordance with the input parameter of a system by using a counter with reset as the timer of a watch dog timer. CONSTITUTION:In a watch dog timer, the pulse input signal 13 of an engine rotation is an input signal for a counter with reset 11, while also is used as an interruption input signal for a computer 12. A program is formed in such a way that, when the engine-rotation pulse input signal 13 comes as an interruption input signal, the computer 12 immediately stops the processing under way, outputs a reset output signal 15 of the counter with reset 11 to reset the counter with reset 11.
