Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a closed loop type proportional electromagnetic valve for hydraulic control which enables prevention of resonance of a spool valve, by a method wherein the area of a throttle part formed with the inner wall of a feedback chamber and the outer periphery of a laminar member is set. CONSTITUTION:A first spool valve 4a is pressed in the direction of an arrow mark A by dint of a pressure fed to a feedback chamber 9, and a shaft 12 is also sucked in a direction A through a plunger 5 attracted by a coil 6 and is moved until the attraction force is balanced with the force, in the direction of an arrow mark B, of a spring 7 against the component force. When a pressure outputted due to an increase in a flow rate in an outlet port 2 is decreased, a leak amount past an exhaust port 3 is decreased, and first and second spool valves 4a and 4b are moved. In which case, in the feedback chamber 9, movement of fluid is restrained in a narrow passage formed between the outer periphery of a sheet 10 and the inner wall of the feedback chamber 9 to cause application of damping action.
