WELDING CONDITION CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To enable a welder to be intent on welding operation and monitoring of welding condition and to perform the welding conditions control by the minimum personnel by enabling the control in welding conditions instructed by voice. CONSTITUTION:The change command of welding conditions is inputted in a voice into microphone 5 by welder 4 during the progress of welding. This output voice signal of the microphone 5 is separated into voice and other noises and the voice only is inputted into voice discriminator 7. The output signal of the command is transmitted to conditions controller 8 in case of being correct with analyzing and comparing of the command voiced by the worker 4. A signal is outputted so as to actuate the control circuit inside the welder accord ing to this signal and the current control circuit for instance of the welding power source 1 is driven on the controller 8 side and the change in welding conditions is realized as the voice command.
