Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable a welding operator to engage exclusively in the monitoring of a weld zone and to permit the operation with min. personal by converting the values of the measured welding conditions to sound signals and indicating the conditions by voices to the operator. CONSTITUTION:An arc is generated between a coated electrode 2 and a bar 3 to be welded on starting of welding. Current and voltage are measured by a welding current measuring instrument 6 and a welding voltage measuring instrument 7 and the output electric signals from the instruments 6, 7 are inputted to a voice converter 8. The converter 8 converts the electric signals of the welding current and welding voltage to voices according to the values thereof and the welding conditions in this stage, i.e., the welding current and welding voltage in this embodiment are announced to the operator 4 by a voice output part 9 such as speaker.
