Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion of peripheral apparatuses without leak of electrolyte even in cell usage without generation of a 'blow hole' on a sealing portion, by fitting a plug with collar in a cover form to the upper opening portion of a liquid injecting pipe and after provisionally sealing a contact face between the pipe upper end face of this pipe and the collar portion of the plug, performing laser welding over the whole portion. CONSTITUTION:Oxyhalide electrolytic solution is injected into a can, and a plug body with a collar is fit in a cover form to the injecting port of a pipe 7, and a contact face A between the upper end face of the pipe 7 and the collar portion 13a is provisionally sealed. As a means of sealing, an electric welding means is appropriate because it can perform liquid-tight welding only to the contact face A. And heads are respectively brought in contact with the upper end portion of the pipe 7 and the back face of the collar and current pulse is applied to each head, then electric welding can be made on the contact face A. The provisional sealing process is made first and next laser welding is applied to the entire portion on which the plug body 13 is fit in a cover form. |
