Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance the durability of an oil seal by providing through holes in the inner rotor of a trochoid pump to release the oil leaked from the one end surface to the other end side so as to reduce the pressure acting on the oil seal. CONSTITUTION:In the interior of a trochoid pump case 1 an outer rotor 5 supported by the case 1 and an inner rotor 4 supported by a driving shaft 3 are arranged, and an oil seal 6 is provided at the part where the driving shaft 3 penetrates the case 1. In the inner rotor 4 through holes 8 are provided to release the oil leaked from the end surface at the oil seal 6 side to the opposite side. Thus, since the pressure at the part of the oil seal 6 does not become excessively large, the damage of the oil seal 6 can be prevented.
