Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To add and enhance the flaw resistance and glossiness of a paint film, by applying re-heating treatment to a metal material, after the completion of the baking painting process of a paint containing a modified acrylic resin as an effective component, in a vacuum or inert gaseous atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:When a paint containing a silicone modified acrylic resin as an effective component was applied to a stainless steel plate, the painted steel plate is cured under heating at 100-350 deg.C in a usual baking atmosphere or subjected to short-time curing treatment capable of holding the higher softness of close adhesiveness of the paint film at a low temp. part to apply deformation processing. the painted steel plate after the completion of the baking painting process is subsequently subjected to re-heating treatment at 150 deg.C or more for 15min or more in vacuum with a vacuum degree of 10-10Torr or in an inert gaseous atmosphere such as N2-gas or Ar-gas to form a high perfor mance paint film having a siloxane bond as a skeletal on the surface of the stainless steel plate.
