Zusammenfassung: | NEW MATERIAL:An N-benzoyl-N'-phenylurea based compound expressed by formula I (X1 and X2 are H, halogen or NO2; Y is H or halogen; Z is H, halogen or CF3; Z is H when X1 is H and X2 is halogen or NO2). EXAMPLE:N-( 2,4-Dinitrobenzoyl )-N'-[3-chloro-4-( 5-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyloxy ) phenyl]urea. USE:An anticancer agent administered in preferably 10-400mg/kg/day dose. The above-mentioned agent can be administered by a method, e.g. oral, intravenous, intramuscular, subcuterneous route, etc. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III in the presence of a solvent, e.g. benzene or toluene, at 0-120 deg.C for 0.1-24hr to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I. |
