APPARATUS FOR TREATING WASTE SOLUTION WITH HIGH SALT CONTENT

PURPOSE:To efficiently treat a waste solution with high salt content by providing a means for concentrating the waste solution with high salt content and a melting means for the heat-melting treatment of the conc. waste solution. CONSTITUTION:A waste solution with high salt content is introduced into a scrubber 1 from an introducing pipe 13 and the gas rising through the scrubber 1 is introduced into a cyclone 18 from piping 17. The solid component contained in the gas sent from the scrubber 1 is collected by the cyclone 18 while the treated gas is returned to the scrubber 1 through piping 20. A part of liquid droplets sprayed into the scrubber 1 from spray nozzles 12 is evaporated during falling and the liquid component thereof is fallen to the bottom part of the scrubber 1 in a conc. state and again recirculated. The conc. solution is with drawn from the bottom part of the scrubber 1 by a pump 21 and sent to a melting tower 2 through piping 22 where sufficiently subjected to evaporation treatment.
