Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain molded product, not only excellent in molding property but also prominent in strength because of complicated entangling of fibers constituting yarn tape by a method wherein multitude of resin impregnated yarn tapes are intersected with intersecting angle of 5-60 deg. and are laminated so as to obtain multiple layers. CONSTITUTION:Second winding is wound by filament winding method with the winding angle of 60-87.5 deg. with respect to the axial direction of a mandrel into the opposite direction of first winding wound in parallel with arbitrary gaps with the slant angle of 60-87.5 deg., or preferably 85-87.5 deg. with respect to the axial direction of the tubular mandrel 6 whereby the lengthwise filament of the yarn tape 1 of the first winding is intersected with the lengthwise filament of the tape of second winding with the angle of 60-5 deg. and lateral filaments of both tapes are intersected with the angle of 60-5 deg., further, the lengthwise filament of one tape is intersected with the lateral filament of the other tape with the angle of 30-2.5 deg.. During above-described process, necessary pieces of glass yarn tapes 1 are pulled out of a tape drum and are combed through a comb type guide 3, thereafter, are impregnated with thermosetting resin in a resin bath 4.
