AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLING DEVICE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER TUBE

PURPOSE:To improve quality by carrying out the grooving, bending, and arranging of workpieces each as a unit body and joining the groove parts and assembling a heat exchanger tube, while continuously carrying out the inspection of each junction. CONSTITUTION:A work lifting device 15 is provided on the rear end part of a fourth inclined table 10, and a pitch positioning member 16 for a workpiece W is placed on a transporting conveyor 5 on which the work lifting device 15 is positioned. Grooving devices 17a, 17b are provided near a near a second launching device 12, while bending devices 18a, 18b are provided near a third launching device 13. Devices 19a, 19b for arrangingly positioning workpieces are provided by a fourth launching device 14, and a work arranging conveyor 6 which conveys the workpiece W which is received and delivered at the work lifting device 15, is provided on the lower course side of the transporting conveyor 5. And, welding devices 20a, 20b, and junction inspecting devices 21a, 21b are installed in order on both sides of the transporting passage of the work arranging conveyor 6.
