Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the clamping accuracy of parts by clamping thin plate- shaped bent parts and thin plate-shaped parts in a state that they have been superposed lightly, and subsequently, releasing once a rolling reduction of the bent parts side, and thereafter, executing the rolling reduction again, and clamping them again. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate-shaped bent member A is aligned with a pin (b) on a reference plane 1, and also positioned by pins (b), (c) by superposing thin plate parts B. The upper part of the pins (b), (c) is covered softly with a clamping member (d), and a gap (g) is provided with respect to parts B. Subsequently, the parts A are pressed down by a member (e). In this case, the left half part of A is adhered tightly to the plane 1, but the right half part is not fixed due to the gap (g). Also, the parts B, A are clamped by the member (d), the member (e) is slightly raised and the distortion is released, and thereafter, it is depressed again and the parts A are clamped again. According to this method, the clamping can be executed exactly without damaging the parts A, B.
