BROADCASTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To manage a receiving state by a subscriber by adding a station data for discriminating a broadcasting station to a broadcasting signal, transmitting it from a broadcasting station, receiving the broadcasting signal by the subscriber, and thereafter, separating the station data, storing it in a storage means provided on every subscriber, and collecting the contents of this storage. CONSTITUTION:A data MO for showing a tariff and an initial value data are enciphered by an enciphering device 35, and sent to a transmitting part together with a signal CH for discriminating a station 11. A subscriber 13 side receives said signal through a satellite, and the signal MO for showing the tariff and the data CH for discriminating the station are supplied to a charging circuit 39. It is operated when an IC card 23 is installed, a viewed data is delivered, and the residual viewing unit quantity is received. The IC card 23 is returned to an IC card selling place 17, when it becomes the same as a signal for showing the viewing unit quantity stored in advance, or exceeds it, and the IC card selling place 17 sends the used IC card and the tariff to a management center 15.
