Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To attain the operation of latch, negation and oscillation by utilizing feedback of a magnetic field produced by a non-latch characteristic of a Josephson element and a current flowing on output load line to the title circuit so as to provide the latch characteristic to be controlled to the non-latch element and devising the threshold value characteristic and the feedback quantity. CONSTITUTION:A bias current Ig and a pulse Ip are given to a Josephson element 1 through a bias line 2. A control line Ic flows to the control line 3. Load lines 4, 4' are provided in the vicinity of the element so that the magnetic field produced by a load current IL is fed back to the Josephson element 1. When the load current IL flows in the direction the same as the direction of the conrol current IC, positive feedback is applied and when flows reversely, negative feedback is applied. Then it is possible to form the latch state by using a weak-coupled element or a non-latch type tunnel element. Thus, the latch state is controlled by the other signal line while keeping the bias current constant different from the normal tunnel element latch operation and the function of a negating circuit or an oscillation circuit is realized easily. |
