RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:A resin composition that is prepared by using at a specific ratio, a block copolymer from an aromatic vinyl compound of a specific structure and a conjugated diene and a thermoplastic resin, thus showing improved shock resistance without adverse effects on processability and clarity. CONSTITUTION:(A) 5-95wt%, preferably 5-50wt% of an aromatic vinyl monomer-conjugated diene block copolymer which is represented by the formula [A is aromatic vinyl polymer block; B is a random copolymer block containing 1-20wt% of bonded aromatic vinyl compound and the rest parts of a conjugated diene; X is residue of a coupling agent; n is 2-6] where the total amount of bonded aromatic vinyl compound is 10-90wt% based on the copolymers and the weight-average molecular weight is 5,000-600,000, are mixed with (B) 95-5wt%, preferably 50-95wt% of a thermoplastic resin such as polyethr resin or polystyrene resin.
