SOLENOID

PURPOSE:To prevent a printing from erroneously executing at a timing by movably disposing an element to be hitted, forming the hitting surface of the element on a sphere, and forming the end of a plunger in a recess shape, thereby reducing a rebound. CONSTITUTION:A hammer tip 6 is formed at the end of a plunger 5. A plunger recess 7a is formed on the portion of the plunger 5 to be hitted. A rigid sphere 14 is press-fitted to the hitting surface of the hollow portion 13a of a plate 13 to be hitted in a raised shape. When the sphere 14 collides with the recess of the plunger in the moving passage (a), the hitting surface becomes the surfaces as designated by (A) and (A'), the repelling vector component of the sphere 14 becomes the direction (b), and the plunger 5 and the sphere 14 recollide on the surface (B). This collision is repeated to considerably attenuate the repelling torque in case of the direction (c).
