Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable the production of the titled film with good mass productivity by a method wherein a photoelectric conversion material previously heat-treated for activation is applied to a substrate and heat-treated suitably, in the manufacture of the titled film formed out of a single substance of a II-VI group compound semiconductor containing Cd or a compound semiconductor containing these. CONSTITUTION:A paste of photoelectric conversion material produced by dispersing a kind or more halides of Cd which is the flux and frits of low melting point glass into an organic binder is applied to a substrate, and a photoelectric conversion film is prepared over this substrate by calcination in an inactive gas atmosphere. The starting substance of CdS, CdSe series photoelectric conversion material used in the manufacture of the titled film can be obtained by chemical precipitation and is a mixture of CdS series compound particles with CdSe series compound particles deposited together. The mixing ratio of these compounds has a CdS ratio of 0.4-0.8. |
