DUST MEASURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To enhance measuring accuracy, by supplying dust generated in a dust generating part to a specimen along with a highly purified air stream and collectively supplying the air stream and the collected dust to a measuring instrument. CONSTITUTION:A highly purified air stream 3 is fed into a dust generating part 4 from an air feeding part 1 to form a dustless clean atmosphere therein. The driving part 5 of a dust generator is driven in this state to mechanically vibrate an arm 12 in the dust generating part 4 and the dust generating article T engaged with the leading end of said arm 12 is cooperated to supply dust to a specimen S. The dust passing through the specimen S is collected by the air stream flowing through a dust collection part 16 and further sent to a counter through an air outtake port 14 and the amount of dust is measured in said counter.
