Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:Root powder of Daucus carota var. sativa having high nutritive value, easily edible, obtained by adjusting root of Daucus corota var. sativa into =80% remaining effect of pronamine A based on the raw material Daucus carota var. sativa and deactivated ascorbinase. Consequently, this root powder of Daucus carota var. sativa is more easily eatable than existing one, and since its appearance and shape are different from original Daucus carota var. sativa, infants and school children can avoid appearance repellency, cooking time is shortened, and the powder is soft and has effects of penetration of flavor.
