Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To hold measured liquid at constant temperature and to measure its concentration with high precision by connecting the jacket of an oscillatory U-shaped pipe measurement part and the front cover chamber of front pipe of its U-shaped pipe to a thermostatic chamber in an oscillatory concentration measuring mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The oscillatory concentration measuring mechanism 4 is provided in the globe box 2 of an analytic line. The mechanism 4 consists of the U-shaped pipe 3 made of quartz and the front pipe part 8 and the jacket 25 at the periphery of the U-shaped part 8 communicates with the front cover chamber 26 at the periphery of the front pipe part 8. A heat medium from the thermostatic chamber 30 is circulated to the jacket to the jacket 25 and front cover chamber 26 and held at constant tempera ture. Then, the waste liquid of a nuclear reactor, etc., is injected into the U-shaped pipe 3 from a sampler 11. Measurement is taken by calculating the concentration from the natural oscillation of the measured liquid while the U-shaped pipe 3 is oscillated electromagnetically. Further, a controller 32 controls remotely the measuring operation. Thus, the U-shaped pipe of the concentration measurement part is held at the constant temperature, so the concentration is improved in precision to, for example, + or -5X10 and radioactive liquid is measurable in safety under the remote control.
